Home Security Advice

As we approach darker nights and the busy festive period police tend to notice an increase in housebreaking and acquisitive crime - so with that in mind Police Scotland have issued home security and shed security advice for parents, carers and other householders.

Winter Weather

With winter truly here, it’s important to wrap up warmly.   Please ensure that your child wears full school uniform throughout these colder months.    Our school is usually cosy and so outdoor layers should be removed once inside.

Menstruation Matters

Our Menstruation Association excelled themselves yesterday, 27 November, by participating in an interview with the BBC on menstruation matters, which was broadcast on Reporting Scotland.   They were articulate, knowledgeable and passionate on the subject.  The news item is part of the wider story of Zero Waste Scotland’s current campaign to promote an eco-friendly, sustainable approach to period products.   Read more about it here:  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-50572459
