It is important that all our iPads are kept up to date. They will not work properly if are not.
We have been made aware of a bug that will result in problems for those who have not updated their iPads. There are procedures in place to fix this issue, but we need pupils to do something soon.
Please update your iPad BEFORE 14th DECEMBER. If you don’t, the iPad may have to undergo a factory reset before it will work properly again.
If pupils are having any problems updating the iPad please get them to bring it to the BIT Base, 1st Floor.
