S5 student, Ksawery Frozynski, competed in the British Bench Press Championships held in Birmingham last weekend, representing the GB Team, and won a Silver medal.   This is a remarkable accomplishment at a national level.

Additionally, as a result of his performance, he has qualified to represent GB Team at the upcoming World Bench Press Championships, which will take place in Manchester, as well as World Championships of the GPC Federation which will take place in October in Poland.
